Sometimes during an eye exam the eye doctor will find some medical conditions that needs to be explained and treated medically. If you have medical insurance, you will be able to submit to your medical insurance the medical procedure codes (CPT) with the medical conditions (ICD-9) and it will either get payed by your medical insurance or go to wards your deductible. Service fee can range from $65 and up depending on what services your medical condition that need to be treated.
